About Me

Arrow pointing right

I'm a full-stack designer and enjoy all phases of the design process – from problem definition to engineering implementation.

I dig systems thinking in complex ecosystems and designing experiences across Web and Mobile. I've got a love for design systems, accessibility, and synthesizing research findings into actionable design solutions.

I was most recently working at Project Ronin - developing a cancer intelligence platform to optimize the care experience. I designed across desktop and mobile for clinicians and patients in oncology.

When I’m not at work, you can find me mentoring new UX designers, teaching my dog new tricks, traveling, or spending time outdoors (hiking, running, paddle boarding, skiing, whatever!)

360 Feedback

“Nora has a great growth mindset, always learning and iterating our process to better advance our business objectives. She is constantly reaching out to myself and each member of the team to solicit feedback on her designs. She takes careful consideration in our inputs and balances all stakeholder feedback perfectly.”

Engineering Manager, Project Ronin

“As a UX Research lead, I am continually impressed with not only how Nora can take research learnings and translate them into a digestible design solution, but also she shows up as a research partner. She knows how to listen in session, she can dive in with me and synthesize what we heard and what those higher level learnings are (driving not only the immediate work forward, but also shaping future-thinking strategy), and of course, she can jump in to help with stimuli creation when needed.

These elements in a teammate and partner are so crucial when we have such a small research team in order to continue to drive (thoughtful) velocity by diving into research wherever needed.”

Principal UX Researcher, Project Ronin

“Nora is such a positive force on our tiny design team. She provides good feedback in design critiques and her positive ‘can-do’ attitude promotes a happy culture. She has taken ownership over design tracks and managed design projects independently which has allowed the team to take on more projects and maintain a high velocity.”

Director of Design, Project Ronin

“Nora has a very strong grasp of the design process. For every project, she clearly understands requirements, asks for clarifying questions, and provides effort estimates for both design and research. From there on, she is very communicative to show working in progress work for iterative feedback and walks me through pros and cons along the way.

Nora also really shines during feature development where she is extremely collaborative with engineers. She works with engineers closely to ensure high quality of software development.”

Product Manager, Project Ronin

“Nora has led cross-collaborative projects developing the foundation for improved processes and built a new, more collaborative culture across the design and engineering orgs. She has shown great initiative and leadership developing our design system and refining our hand-off processes between teams.”
